Sweet Cream Lemon Dressing


1 cup double or heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar*
Pinch of salt*
4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (only, of course)

Combine ingredients and pour over fresh vegetables or garden salad.  Has a light lemony taste.

Variation:  You can beat the cream until desired thickness, add the seasonings and gradually add the lemon juice.

* You can adjust sugar and salt amounts to your liking.
