Devilled Eggs


6 large hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayo
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Paprika, to sprinkle

Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and place in small bowl.  Add mayo, relish, mustard and mix well.  Spoon yolk mixture back into egg white halves.

Sprinkle with Paprika.
